At Amanda Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your hair extensions or wig, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unaltered condition.

Prepare Your Package
Ensure the hair remains in its original packaging, with all tags and lace intact; items that have been bleached, cut, or worn cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
